• CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

PROG (Progesterone) is mainly secreted by the ovarian corpus luteum and placenta, can affect the female menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and fetal growth, when progesterone increased much consider as normal pregnancy, precursor pain, hydatidiform mole, such as: low progesterone consideration of threatened abortion, ectopic pregnancy, preterm birth, infertility and luteal function not congruent, usually don't need to fasting in check.
